Our Dad Card advertises an offer to text in a comment in return for a tip, getting your message onto the homepage of the www.dad.info website and helping to support the service to help other new families. Here are the Terms and Conditions for that service.

1. When you send an SMS message to XXXX with the word "dad" followed by a message, we will reply to the originating phone number with a single SMS message and charge £1 to your phone bill.

2. We will only send you a single message. This is not a subscription message.

3. The contents of your message will be displayed for an unspecified time on the homepage of the www.dad.info website.

4. Dad Info reserves the right to remove your message if it contains foul or abusive language.

6. Refunds will be only be given if you fail to get the "Tip" SMS message. If you require a refund, please call 0845 224 2009
