If you're a father with a child under 5 years old, sign up for our free child development course.
Over the first five years of your child's life, we'll send you an email every month or so with information by child development experts, with information about what a child their age is learning and developing.
The emails will tell you about the developmental stage of your child at the time - what they are learning, how their brains and bodies are developing, and most importantly, how YOU can help them to get the most out of the stage they're in.
The emails are written in partnership with Mumsnet - so if your partner signs up for their emails, you'll both be getting the same information. Their emails are written for mums, ours for dads.
If you only do one thing to informed about parenting - sign up for our free Child Development email course!
With each email, we cover a series of issues you'll want to know about as your child takes their first steps into life:
- How their body is growning
- What their brains are trying to learn - at each stage of early life
- What to look out for in your child, and how to help them
- Practical things you can do to improve their early development

this really is a good idea, why stop at 5? I didn't stop wanting to be a good Dad when my lad reached 5, in fact that's when things really started to motor. "Give me the boy until he is 7....." said the Jesuits.... many think longer still, so why not keep on beyond 5? (my lad is 8 and I'd still love to receive....if not always agree with...'advice').
