Complaint regarding the following comment:

"When we had our first child, we had always planned that I would reduce my hours and so would my wife. We would both work part time and still have time with our little one. We worked hard to plan the finances to do this, and luckily both work in a area that our employers would allow us to do this. However from my expereince it is not unusual, I know of other fathers who have done this too. Having a baby takes planning, a little more and you could have the parenting lifestyle you want."
