I think it is important that you register with CMS asap, but I understand your concerns. This is why I would call the police. If you really think a call to CMS will trigger her (and I believe you...there are mothers who are THAT irrational), then explain that to them to see if they can do anything, explain everything else, as well as that you need to register for CMS asap but need their help. The worst that can happen is that they say they can't do anything, which is unlikely. I am sure they will do something, even if it's just make a log. And on that note, make sure you ask the police for the log number, and make a note of it for future reference. Also, should your ex doing anything drastic and you have Cafcass/Social Services/the court asking you why you didn't warn the police of your ex's intentions beforehand, you can show them the log number. In my experience, it is always better to be over-prepared than under-prepared.
Hi Guys, it has been 2 weeks since I last posted here. Certain things happened which has delayed me submitting the C100 but ultimately what has happened should be giving me a better case. Pls PM me if you want details.
Anyway, after the threats etc and a conversation with Reunite I am advised to make 2 x C100 applications
One for a urgent Prohibited Steps Order on a ex parte basis including a Passport Order and maybe a Port Alert Order. This is to be submitted to the Family Division of the High Court, seated at the Royal Court of Justice. I already have page 9 of the C100 signed by MediateUK
The second C100 to the family court to start proceedings for a CAO.
Does this process seem okay?
Should I ask a solicitor to help me now or at a later stage?
Am I right in assuming I don't need much of a statement now or much evidence until a later hearing?

Yes I have found many but they all say they are certified without saying what certification they have, furthermore I can't seem to find what makes a translation "court accredited". I'm getting quotes around £150. Don't want to pay then find out can't be used because the company certified themselves
Anyone know how long the process takes? I submitted the C100 online about 9 days ago as a Urgent Hearing. I have heard nothing back.
I have also tried called the Central Family Court on 020 7421 8594 but have never got through to anyone.
