I am going through a custardy battle at present, I have four children, over the last three months my four children were with me , two weeks ago the court said I had to return the children to their mother, my two eldest decided that they wanted to return to my home. The two youngest are back with their mother, we will be returning to court at the end of the month. My question is will it go against me the fact that the two eldest didn’t want to return to the mother?
how old are your youngest kids? did the kids move in with you or did you take them way from their mum? I doubt the court can do much if 12 and 15 year old kids want to stay with you. court will take their views and wishes into account. they can not make them live with mum if they don't want to.
Hope you receive this have replied several times, doing something wrong!
Children’s age 5&7 the youngest.
The children were returned my eldest went inside his Mum’s house and got some of his things and came back to me. My 12 year old stayed at her mum overnight and came back to me.
As long as you have no influence whatsoever or seen to be then 12 and 15 year old will stay with you unless they change their minds. I imagine 5 and 7 year old will stay with mum but have regular contact with yourself.
