I am losing confidence in my social worker ( to be fair I never felt comfortable with her from the beginning)
My partner has been told by the judge that her new boyfriend is not allowed anywhere near the children or to be in contact with her, however he has been seen with her and also entering the home of the children, no one that has reported this to me have had the chance to take pictures so no tangible proof at the moment. The children were with me this weekend and the youngest told a family member that his mother’s boyfriend comes to the house. My problem is the social worker saw my son on Friday but she didn’t manage to get this information from him.
The court told my ex that if her boyfriend goes anywhere near the children she. will be in serious trouble what can I do to bring this to the judges attention .
you should tell the social worker about the boyfriend being in contact/presence of the kids. also write this up in a statement. are court hearings still going on? is this local social workers or cafcass?
I am reluctant to tell her because every time I say something to her she comes back with something like “can you prove it or I didn’t notice that” she has even accused me of coaching the children.
My court case comes up on 28 September, I am thinking of asking them to take her off my case, would it be worth it so close to the hearing?
