Hi there

I think you have to ask yourself if you have changed, if these mood swings and getting angry over little things is something that has developed, or its always been there. You have to be honest with yourself and if you think that it this is something that has developed then think about anything that happened that has made you change....maybe it's the situation you've had with your child, or a break up.

If you're worried about it then it might be a good idea to go and speak to your doctor and ask for some counselling or other talking therapy.

Hi There,
.
I agree with Mojo 100%, I think if you are asking the qiestion then it concerns you, I would either look into some councelling or go and speak with your GP for advice, a councellor would hopefully be able firstly to try and work out what sparked these moods off (or why you have always had them) and also try and help you manage them.

Hi

I really would advise speaking to your GP about this, if necessary, they can refer you on for counselling or to a specialist if you need further support.

Good luck

Hi There,
.
I think as said if you can't place where the issues stem from then some help would be good, talking things through with someone who is trained to get to the bottom of issues and where they started will help as they can work on ways to control your anger and temper.
