I was just wondering how much pain and suffering one has to go through to become a bone-fide qualified recognised member of dadinfo? Some days I feel like this will never end and I can't cope any more.

Can I have a gold star or a merit badge or a gold medallion or something or do I still need to suffer a bit more? :)

Phew! Can I have a gold star sticker please? Having a bad day and feeling a bit overwhelmed. I got the letter (for the second time) from the mediators saying I can now progress to court. I'm so anxious about everything I can't think straight.

I've been feeling really low my girls normally phone every night and I haven't heard from them since Saturday. It turns out there's something wrong with my phone and it's not ringing. I had 14 missed messages from today with my daughter crying saying "Daddy please talk to me I just want to talk to you". She was sobbing her heart out poor thing.
I called her back and we're going to have a nice long chat tomorrow and hopefully I can make her feel better. Also ordered another phone. Thank you GTTS.

When I called them my oldest said "Daddy you've just turned the worst day ever into the best day ever". I promised we'd have a nice long chat tomorrow as it was bed-time. I think I will order another one - anyone know why a Samsung S3 wouldn't ring when it's not on silent and I'm getting good reception?

Maybe try a re set, it always used to be done by removing the battery and sim card but you can't remove the battery on most phones now, so on yours....
.
Turn off your phone off. Press and hold down the “Power” button, “Home” button, and the “Volume Up” button. Wait for your phone to vibrate, then release only the “Power” button. Wait for the Android System Recovery screen to appear, then release the “Home” and “Volume Up” keys.
.
This may work if the software has frozen.
.
It's always a good idea to switch your phone off and on again at least once a week to ensure that all of the apps have closed properly, as phones are more like computers these days and they don't like being left switch on all the time.

Problem solved - in the settings of the phone there is something called blocking mode. For some reason it was enabled.

You seem to be making progress and it's great that you get to at least speak to your girls on a regular basis.
I'm getting through my separation and soon-to-be-divorce quite well, but I'm feeling ll heartbroken again because I've split up form my girlfriend of six months which was very full on.
