Good day guys I’m at my wits end I pay every month I’m self employed I was asked to send my books in so I did and the amounts they have come back with are totally different to my books now they won’t to interview me I don’t no which way to turn please help

Is this to the CMS? If their figures are different, then do you have an accountant who can check over their calculations.

hi Alick,

do you mind telling how much in maintenance you were paying. im guessing it stood out somehow?

have been talking to a woman. she said her ex had been paying £200 a month for a year for a child. then all of a sudden it dropped to £95 a month lol. said she cant be bothered to get that looked into. doesnt want further tensions with ex.

Yes he’s looked at them but even he doesn’t no how they have got to these figures Iv been advised to attend the meeting and do not agree to any thing until I know what they have found the ask for time to found out and explanation do you think this is Wright I’m just so worried about everything at min being self employed and works drying up with Xmas around the corner. Thanks for taking the time to listen.

I would definitely heed your accountant's advice, and question how they arrived at their figures. Don't give them the impression you are trying to avoid paying, just that you want to pay the correct figure, and not overpay.
