Hi everyone.
I’m after some kind of advice. Trying to cut a long long story short. I have now a 12 yo daughter with my ex of 7 yrs now. Ex was in a abusive relationship until last yr. it went to court and her then befriend got community hrs and a indefinite restraining order. They moved to a women’s refuge for 4 months then returned to there village. Fast forward 14 months she’s letting this ex having contact with his daughter which is between them but they are having some kind of relationship with each other again obviously with the police and courts not knowing . All while my daughter is still in the middle off it. Sorry this is a shorter version just wondered if I could do something legally about this. Can they both get into trouble with the law for this going on. I don’t want to loose my head I want to play this smart providing my daughters safe which I believe she is at the minute but the cheek of this women is unbelievable.

hi,

how often do you see your daughter? as long as your daughters safe with her mum, then try not to worry or think about your ex and her relations. never mind what they get up to.

I have her every other weekend but we’ve got a good relationship to talk everyday. Your probably right I’m worried it will go back to how it was before tbh she got told to not tell me a lot of things as I would interfere but you only want your kids safe don’t you. Why would a mother put her through even seeing him again after her seeing the abusive last time around? As a parent this confuses me so much
