Hello All,

As part of a fundriser which I started on GoFundMe ( www.gofundme.com/children-denied-access ) to support my cause I have also made a decision to speak out loud about the existing issue which We are all facing. Equal rights for separated parents.
Since I have joined this forum I have read an enormous amount of stories which all have one thing in common.
Separated parent is always in a 'pay and wait' situation causing without ability to have a normal, consistent relationship with his/her children.
Things wont change without any intervention. We all speak out but only in our small circle. People dont see this issue as it is not being highlitened.
I think it is time for us to start talking about our problem which is unfair treatment in such case.

I want to start gathering names on a petition to the Parliment and I would be happy if all of Us could support by signing and spreading word across friend, family. On FB, Twitter, wherever possible.

To start a I do need 5 e-mail addresses which I have to add to petition. I would liike to use e-mail from people who are in same situaiton as mine, YOU
with your constent, ofcourse.

If your intrested you can leave your e-mail as reply or send me a message.

Big thanks in advance!

That gofundme page will backfire on you big time. I advise you to take it down as soon as possible before your ex captures a screenshot.

You are giving out too many details, name and age of the children, geographical location, etc. All of that will be used against you if you go to court.

I know this is not what you want to hear, but I'm 100% sure on this one. Take that page down and give mediation your best shot. If it's been 3 months since you've seen the children, you are likely to have to start at a contact centre, so find one.

Sorry for being so direct, but you are seriously hurting your chances by giving out so much personal information.

I agree with Superprouddad - if your ex finds this, it will end up before the court, and the courts do not take kindly to these cases being spread on social media, and could seriously damage your chances in court,
