TOPIC: Fraud

Fraud 9 months 3 days ago #103626

Hi,

I'm intrested If anyone has experiance of Ex submitting fraudulent docs to Court. And if so what forms I need to apply back to Court with to expose this.

I was respondent at last Court heaing, I submitted copies of documents sent to me and those sent to the Courts for a previous hearing that showed substantial differences in the two documents.

At the last hearing, neither Ex-wife or her solicitor turned up, they sent a new 'junior' solicitor in their place. The Judge threw their application out and said that I would have to submit my own application on the matter of false documentation.

Any advice would be very welcome

Thanks

Also, might be worth giving the Citizens Advice Bureau a call, and also Corams Children's legal centre.
