I have finally managed to obtain proof that my ex has lied in court. I think I read somewhere, that if you inform the LSC of this, their legal aid can be revoked. Can anybody confirm whether this is true?
I think you may be able to, but think about it first. Is it really in your childrens best interest? That money could be spent on them rather than paying back 100's/1000's of pounds on court fee's. I know you want to get back at her and take control of the situation, but wasting money that your children could benefit from might not be the best way.
Instead could you keep the proof in reserve and use it to discredit any future lies, so you have it up your sleeve when needed?
