Morning All

Most on here will know our story..

As we are 100% sure Ex has Tutored Child into "Not Liking" his Daddy, And we have another hearing again Very Soon.,

Reading the case of the Mother taking Child on Ru n in Newspapers at present, It mentions the Child was Evaluated by a Psychiatrist and in there view was and would suffer Emotional Harm..

Trying to get 3 key pointers ( apart from the Brief from Solictors over to Barrister) that we can ask Barrister to raise, Any idea as to asking the Court to make a referral for Evaluation in our Case..(Child is 5)?

My understanding is the court isn't keen on going down this route but I think if there was sufficient or evidence then it would be worth asking for.

I asked my solicitor for a psychiatric eveluation on my former but he really didn't like the idea. In the end we requested a neurological assessment based upon her having had two strokes.

It didn't surprise me when she got a good report based on she could touch her nose and stand on one foot.

I would ask for it and provide good justification and you may just get it.

Your barrister or a solicitor would give better advice than me and others here may be able to help as its a great bunch.

Regards,

Dave

Hi

Thank you for response but i was referring to requesting evaluation for Child..( He is petrified to be with His Daddy ( my son) with no reason to be).

The Cafcass report states ( I Don't think Mother is directly having a Negative influence on child) How officer has come to that conclusion in a 20 min meeting with both parties and Child is a mystery...

We know for sure Mother is doing it..when she isn't there the Child reacts differently to his Daddy.

Anything stated in a report must no be an opinion and must be backed up by supporting evidence. This sounds to me very much like the reporting officers opinion, perhaps you should ask for the report to be amended, making an appointment with the officers manager.

You can share your concerns with the court...because of late filing of report no chance to challenge it on the basis of evidence based analysis, speak to your barrister about asking for it to be put aside...

Your Barrister will also get the chance to cross examine the reporting officer.

Best of luck for tomorrow...we will all be thinking of you.
