TOPIC: C100 help/advice

Hi All

I'm looking for some help or guidance on filling out my C100 form.

What section do I mention my new wife and my Ex's new partner ??? would it be section 11

and

Do I have to make copies of completed form for them also ??

I think you mean form C100

Here's a link to the guidelines for filling out the form which might help

You will need to submit the the original plus three copies of the form to the court.

Hi Mojo

Thanks for your reply and indeed you are right, think I was getting muddled with al the different form numbers......

I have read through the CB1 and am still not clear. Section 11 of the C100 form is for other people that you think should be informed so I guess I could put my wife in there and also my Ex's partner. In this instance would the court dismiss if I was wrong ?

Just want to make sure I have all the correct info in the right place

Unless you're making your new wife a joint applicant then you don't need to mention her, or your ex's partner...that is unless you have concerns about him in which case you would fill out the supplementary C1a form and mention him and any concerns you have on there.
