That’s fantastic, you’ve done really well to get costs awarded against her... but it’s difficult for us to be specific about individual cases, without having a full understanding of all of the facts.

If I were you I would contact the court right now and explain what order you got yesterday and her refusal to comply once you got home. Ask if you can speak to, or get an urgent message to the judge sitting yesterday and ask if it can be bought back for urgent directions concerning this matter.

Did she ask the judge for permission to appeal? That’s the usual procedure. However this is a process that I’m not too knowledgable on... do your best to contact the judge that dealt with this yesterday and see what can be done.

Best of luck

Its resolved, I videoed her and got my solicitor to email the court judgement across with a warning so she just has to suck it up and accept it now.

She did not ask for permission to appeal, though she said to me she would but It would just be as pointless.

Let’s hope she conforms to it... I just have a feeling it’s not over yet., but at least you now have the law on your side. Best of luck

Back again ;-( house still not sold .:

Another application from her for an occupation order !

Is this normal behaviour to have to go back to court again after her first attempt failed ?

Been given less than a weeks notice and see no evidence or statement this time .. is she just trying to stress me out or make me lose more money in solicitor fees ?

hi,

maybe she is trying to drain your funds. mine tried. told me to get a solicitor, to contact her to make all child arrangements lol. instead i went back to court and self-representing now. it seems if you go to court once, then you become a repeat customer.

Hi, feel your pain...it's just the worst situation. How long has your situation been going on? My ordeal sounds bloody similar to what you are experiencing now?
Don't wanna go into details here - is there a way we can communicate privately and chat for some sanity and advise etc...
Mine did not end well and I would hate for anyone to have to go through what I did....and still am believe it or not.
Good luck for the next hearing and at all costs stay calm, focused and don't get drawn in so to speak as women (some anyway) will go to any lengths to win.

Sent you a PM, this situation has been going on for nearly a year and a half.

I cannot see an end in sight as I've done all the logical steps such as mediation but communication is no longer an option. I will not give in though !

She clearly wants to keep the house for herself and move her partner in and me out .

Where as I need the house sold , her son turns 17 soon and my daughter has just turned 8
