So I am back in court again next week , for the second attempt at an occupation order, does anyone know typically what it costs for a barrister to be at the full court hearing should it go that far.

Also last time I managed to get some costs back but not all, If I go this route I would be wanting to get costs back again. My question really is though can your ex keep applying to court for the same thing over and over why do courts allow this ...

Another court session completed today via phone, after ex had again applied for an occupation order , I self represented this time

I guess another result for me

Order was dismissed and instead the court ordered that the house be sold as quick as possible and that since she could not agree a 50/50 split on equity it be sold on a 40/40 and 20 under escrow until an agreement is made via mediation or court under ToLATA.

This is a huge relief :)
