I found out at the hearing my ex had moved and ignored the PSO. Courts are looking into that, she is trying to move his school apparently but is meant to need my permission. She still lives sort of local to me. I'm concerned she will change schools and not put me down in his records! What can I or should I do?

i think first you should focus on getting the interim contact sorted. my ex changed schools without telling me. i just contacted school and went on parents evenings, and ask them to add my contact to their record. don't expect your ex to do it.

If you live with close proximity to each other then she will be able to change schools without any bother. It will be down to you to contact school and let them know you are dad and provide contact details and ask for newsletters, parent evenings and leave mobile number incase of an emergency. If ex was co parenting she could do this for you of course but she isnt

hi,

yes its very annoying. as mentioned i waited over 6 weeks for order to come through. what you can do is only email the court with your case number, and ask what is the status of the order, as you have not received it yet. hopefully they will chase this up with solicitor.

they have a rule in place which the person that's being represented, their barrister/solicitor is supposed to draft the order by the end of the day on which the hearing takes place! my barrister was professional and did it all, and i had the order before i left the court building. but others can take the mick and say it can't be done today, too busy, childcare issues etc...

Can anyone advise on an undertaking?

Judge said we both had to take an undertaking that specified we could only contact each other regarding contact arrangements for my son.

The undertaking has come across and it rules out any contact, 100m from house etc. Shes said that my ex doesn't want any contact and reflected it based on this.

I currently haven't signed as it doesn't reflect the hearing.

What should I do? I've requested to amend with no response.
