Just had a look around it and it does seem good however does not take into account if your partner is controlling or abusive.

I run a problem through it and I had done all of the suggestions which had not worked and the alternative suggestions infered the issue was with me. Not listening etc.

Great tool and will assist most with relationship issues. I appreciate you cannot keep everyone happy all of the time but more likely some for some of the time.

Regards,

Dave

Hi Gooner,

I think this tool would be great too, sadly, For me, i've tried what it suggested.

I think that the tool (if it hasn't already) should be placed on the main website homepage or a link to the tool as for some people I'm sure it would help.

Life changed Sept 13 when my son came along, even thoough life is hard, he is worth every effort and my life is complete.

Hi Gooner,

This looks interesting. How was it developed? Was it an in-house thing?

On another note, I bet you're feeling confident after Saturday's 2 - 0 win!? :)

I am a father to a boy (6) and a girl (3). I am also a researcher interested in fathers' stories of parenting.

I am here on both counts. To chat as a father and to listen.

My aim is to give a voice to fathers. By listening to what being a father means to fathers themselves I hope to help websites for parents provide the best possible service and also help give policy makers real insight into fathers’ everyday lives.

Thanks for the feedback so far.

Joe - This was developed in conjunction with some other organisations/partners (one plus one, youthnet etc). The aim is to support couples experiencing issues/problems with the couple relationships.

If you haven't checked out the tool please do so - all feedback really is welcomed.

Do you think this would be helpful if you are encountering issues in your relationship ?
Have we missed anything? How can we improve this?

What would be the best way to promote this to dads?

This feedback from DaveR was particularly interesting:

however does not take into account if your partner is controlling or abusive.

I run a problem through it and I had done all of the suggestions which had not worked and the alternative suggestions infered the issue was with me. Not listening etc.

We hope to keep improving this and really want it to be of use.

Thanks
