Looking for any advice on this subject.
Ex has applied for a no notice non molestation order.
I’m due in court next Tuesday, I’ve paid for a solicitor to write into the court with my statement.
In short she has claimed every type of abuse... given examples, which are all lies, and she has no proof, as non of this ever happened, and is all lies
I believe she is just trying to bring my down, and stop me seeing my children, and make life a misery.
has anyone got any advice on what I can expect in court, and has anyone gone without a solicitor as had a quote of 1000-2000£ and from what I can make out it’s likely to end in an undertaking, which I’m happy to go with mainly just to protect myself.
Does anyone have any advice on going forward as I’m terrified she is going to say I’ve turned up etc... once this is in place, I have downloaded a tracking app.
Thanks for your time

Don’t use a solicitor . Was of time and money . You can get a direct access barrister to rep you on the day for £500

Hi. I'm going through the exact situation as you right now.. My wife took out an ex parte non molestation order against me in June this year.. Then she withdrew all the money from the bank account. It left me homeless, and being disabled as well in absolute despair..i went to court 2 weeks later and didn't even have an option to have an undertaking, due to the lies from her.. Thing is she did the same to me in 2012, made a 22 page statement of lies of DV, 4 weeks later it was NFAd by the police.. She was full of regret, or so I thought and we worked on our marriage, 7 years on, after I found out of yet another affair she was having, we had the usual arguments about it all etc. Then one night she went berserk out of the blue. She left with our 4 children, for 2 days. That night she came home and said she wanted me out, I said no let's just talk and work through things.. She left again, that night I was arrested for common assault and coerced behaviour,, again all lies.. I've not seen my children in 3 months.. I'm in Court next week for my C100to be heard.. And on it goes... But you know what, in a weird way I take comfort that she done the exact same thing to me in 2012...

Hi devo

Many thanks for your reply. I’ve had my solicitor draw up my response today and see how it plays out next Tuesday when I go to court.

I feel for what you’ve gone and are going through, keep going, you will be alright in the end and your kids will be so happy to see you. Chin up and keep smiling

I would strongly suggest contesting it. It was my biggest mistake, My ex did the same with a stack full of lies. I can (and have since) proved them wrong in the discussion in court about seeing the children.

My solicitor tried for an undertaking, my wife would not agree to it, the non mol was then placed on me on a no admissions basis so not facts or findings were made against me. I only did not contest it was because i wanted to see my children, if i had contested it, i would have to wait months for the next hearing. Although in court my wife agreed i could see them at a contact center until the child hearings were complete, the following day, she changed her mind and I have not seen them since. I will be seeing them soon though, I am beating her and proving all of her lies along the way.

If you can prove all of her allegations are made up, then contest it. I really wish I had done this now, I hate myself for not doing it as there are so many women out there doing this to decent people.

Hi Ferfer. I didn't even have a chance to ask for an undertaking.. It was such a blur, as I sat in Court with my head in my hands crying.. All I could say to my Barrister, was she's done this to me in 2012.. Anyway, I know the judge said he wanted the C100 child arrangements order to be heard at the next hearing of the non molestation order.. Its been 6 weeks and still the judge has not put it as an order... I've now only got 7 days, until my C100 hearing, more money I've got to spend on a Barrister (Although she's good). Ive still got to attend an interview with the police, regarding her allegations that I breached the order as well.. If that wasn't enough.. To say I'm struggling is an understatement... And on it goes.. Why do our wives, girlfriends end up doing this to us, married 14 year's, and its been lies, lies and more lies. Plus she a seriel cheat...

they become heartless losers overnight for some reason. one theory is once they have collected children from you, you are now disposable, and they now have human assets to claim benefits/CMS and council housing. set for life. tax man will be haunting my ex and her family for a long time haha. not standing for their BS.
