Greetings! Newbie who stumbled on this forum whilst searching google.

I've Had one issued against me. Cut a long story short I've been apparantly harassing my ex wife to see our young children.

since the new bf came along she distanced herself further away, cancelled on my days to have boys, not sticking to agreed pick up and drop off times.... the usual. I actually gave up trying 3 weeks ago hoping the dust would settle then I get this order issued to me 2 weeks after I made my last contact.

Anyways, I've spent hours trawling the net, gave up trying to ring CAB after a week, I wondered if anyone here new the answer to my question.

It's a pretty small town where I live and I'm wondering what if

If I'm in a supermarket doing my shopping and I pass my ex wife in the aisle am I supposed to immediately walk out or??

If I walked into a pub of course I'd walk out if she was in their before me, but I dont get what happens if she comes into my space..

She lives on a main trunk route that I travel on daily and dont have any other viable option. I always avoid it at school times so we dont see each other but what would happen if I'm driving through and she sees me and it's literally a chance passing?

I am supposed to stay 100m from her and her house, I have little option but to drive past her cul de sac and maybe/maybe not within 100m whilst passing (I haven't measured it) she knows I would be going to work if she saw me but they way things are I dont what she would do if she did see me close by.

I do not wish to purposely break the law or jeopardise any future chances to make peace.

I'm not seeking legal advice just wondered if anyone has had a similar situation with the same queries I have. Cant find anything on internet in detail

I think someone asked this a couple of days ago - I think that if you are driving past her street and not stopping, you should be ok, but it's probably worth speaking to your local police about this, as they are the ones she'd call if she was going to report you for violation of the order. Equally with the supermaket, etc, I think you avoid her if you see her, but that doesn't mean you have to leave the supermarket, just avoid the aisle she's in.

Hi

You can challenge this order if you want to and also make an application for a Child Arrangements Order to see your children.

With regard to breaching the NMO - like actd says - maybe speak with your local police.
