my two kids live with me and have done for a year and a half since allegations of abuse were brought to my attention, after 6 months in court they decided that they were doing a lot better with me and happy so i got residency,my eldest wants nothing to do with her and is old enough to make his own decision but my youngest sees her mum every other Saturday and every other Thursday and it would be every Thursday if my daughter wished so , my ex had to do a triple p program and once completed we were both to attend mediation "to discuss and agree"holidays ,birthdays ect which i have no problem with ,but my daughter really doesn't want to stay overnight so i payed for the mediator to have a one on one with her to find out what she really wants because her mother was saying that she says different things to her, turns out my daughter just wanted her mum to shut up and stop bugging her when she sees her so she agrees, that how it ended up being every Thursday that she sees her.

so after mediation she was told by me via txt shes not getting overnight stays and it was going back to every other Thursday as my daughter wished and now i received court papers saying i have seven days till court what i dont think is fair as its not enough time to get things in order for court and get time off work it says im in breech of the court order because it took 2 months for me to initially see the mediator due to work and a holiday with the kids and then more work and the contact book goes missing ,hands up id lost it for a month and then found it and have forgotten to bring it a few times but shes always sent me a barrage of messages when she has something to say (whats most of the time) and now thinking about it the contact book is a horrible idea for my daughter to be carrying around especially to school ,she can read and so can her class mates and its basically a book of digs.

any one with any advice on the matter would be appreciated

thanks
