Came home and wife has left the house with the children . Received a text to say she has moved out . That’s the first I knew .
What should I do or not do .
I will need to go to court to locate them ?
No idea where they are ?
I suspect moved out of area ?

Advice please

hi,

another thing you can do is report them to police as missing. they should be able to locate her and tell you how their doing, but its highly likely that they won't tell you where they are, if your wife asked them not to give her location.

there is Form C4 which you can ask court to locate your kids. would be better to do together with a c100 child arrangements forms

www.gov.uk/government/publications/form-...a-childs-whereabouts

Do you think she may take them out of the country? If so, then you may need to get a prohibited steps order to prevent this, at least in the short term.
