Hi guys,

My situation worsened massively this week. My ex stole £48k out of our business and now left me with no money at all to fight my side. That money was everything we had left, and most of it was earmarked for corporation tax and VAT bills. I've since posted what's happened this week to gofundme website. I have no idea how I can pay a Solicitor without something like this. I constantly feel like crying.

My ex is being so horrible :(

If you cannot afford solicitor why don't you self represent. Thats what most of us are doing.

ok so she has become a heartless mutant now. has she disappeared and no longer living with you? dont know what else to suggest. keep records of the transaction as evidence, where she withdrew that amount. if it was a joint business with her name on it, i guess you can not accuse her of stealing??
