Any help from anyone at all please. Me and my son’s partner separated when he was 18 months and now is 15. All the time I have paid maintenance and now my son lives with me. He has lived with me since beginning of November. I have paid all arrears that were left, sent CSA the bank transfers to prove this and because his mam won’t confirm these payments I have been threatened with law enforcement officers coming to house to receive this money. The mother has ignored all phone calls, voicemails, texts, letters from CSA and myself and the CSA say they cannot do anything!!! Also I asked about any backdated pay and they said she doesn’t have to pay anything at all!!! I cannot put a claim in against her until she confirms these payments to close this case. Child benefit forms have been filled out also but still waiting for reply since January. This has been going on for 6 months now, any advice would be appreciated. Cheers.
