Im estranged from my daughter who i haven't seen in almost 10 years. She turns 16 in a number of weeks but I'm aware she has left school early. My question is should her mother have to declare to HMRC this change as I'm currently paying £503 a month and have never missed a payment.

HMRC will write to her and ask what childs plans are. if continuing education, like college course, then you would have to continue paying maintenance.
