Hi All , Wonder if anyone can help ?!

Divorced 2017 and boys lived with mother and I paid CMS as per the order. Mother granted house to keep boys settled etc . I was left with nothing after costs.

I now have live with order for our two boys . This was granted after a lenthly process and eventual section 37. Boys been with me for circa two years.

As soon as mother lost the hearing she moved out of uk ( leaving large house empty in UK ) and gave up work and is supported by new husband.

I had to give up full time work so I could concentrate on being a full time father etc

Mother refuses to support the boys at all apart from holidays and gifts. No contribution at all . She states "I dont work so I dont have to pay"

Ive contacted CMS who cant help becuase shes outside of UK and NON REMO

Ive completed a C100 but court says wrong application and tell me to get a solicitor ( cant afford )

Any advice out there ?

Thanks

hi,

seems like you have exhausted all avenues. I think only thing left for you to try is seek legal advice about the child support system in the country your ex resides, and see if case can be opened/via court system. unlikely I think as children are not resident in that country.
