Hi there,
This sounds awful and uncaring, and I just want to explore facts without going into details CMS started taking finances out of my wages with no notification back in October last year, I raised a dispute with CMS as soon as I could, I went to have the DNA test done but the receiving parent (mother) has refused- I took the test 8 weeks ago, this has gone on for months, I don't get anything back but just fobbed off, I wondered if anyone could help me?

you should contact your local MP and ask them to raise complaint with CMS, that you need to know outcome of DNA test and why did CMS deduct from your wages without any notification.
