My daughter who turned 17 in April has left her college course and started to do an apprenticeship at a local nursery. She doesn’t have to go to college during the duration of this apprenticeship so will work 5 days a week.
the mother and I entered a private agreement back when the CSA changed to the CMS.
My question is do I still have to make the payments now my daughter is doing this apprenticeship, and with it being a private agreement do I report it to the CMS?
ive seen many conflicting answers online so I don’t really know what to believe
cheers
