Enforcing child arrangements order

I wanted to ask if anyone had any success or failure stories around enforcing a child arrangements order. We are still in the court process with a final (...) hearing on June 3. Mum has refused contact several times in the last six months and handovers are usually 1.5 to 2 hours late. It's not cheap (when is it?) and I wondered if people feel it's worth it i.e. What did the judge rule and did it improve contact with the child or just increase tension with the other parent?

Hi,

as final hearing is in June, I don't think there is benefit in making a new application in meantime. you can report any problems at final hearing. usually in enforcement hearing, the resident parent would get a telling off and be told to resume contact. it can also be used as opportunity to vary order, to improve/increase contact with kids. if you need support, feel free to get in touch. sending private message.
