Hello,
I have a final hearing coming up tomorrow and as it stands the cafcass s7 is very much against me.
can you please give me advice on how I can this around tomorrow to go in my favour?
or just your experience or what to expect.?
thanks!
hi,
what contact have cafcass recommended, and what reasons did they give?
hi, from experience the judges will go with cafcass recommendations 99% if findings have been made against you, then best approach is accept that and take a course. I know quite a few dads that rejected findings and refused to take a perpetrator course, so they were left with indirect contact as a final order, and courts wouldn't allow any progression of contact unless dad accepted and made positive changes.
hi, how did the hearing go?
hi mate, sorry needed to take some time out. hearing went horribly. Thinking of appealing. Was granted PR but indirect contact. I apologised and everything. But they said my understand of abuse in general has increased but not in my own situation. Also got a barring order for 9 months
