Hi all, I wondered if anyone can help me?

Without going into too much detail, I was named on a CMS case, and not notified (this was very likely a vexacious claim)

I appealed and 'jumped' to do the DNA test which has come back negative, despite this (the purported mother refusing this for some months since being requested)

I am now being notified of payments continuing from a DEO, despite the negative test, I rang CMS when I found out and they were incredibly unhelpful over the phone. This was last week 'we will flag your case and get back to you in a couple of weeks'

I don't know if anyone has any support or suggestions to offer, I've drafted an email to the local MP which will be sent after my next phone call on Tuesday.

Am I right to think that this is absolutely awful treatment?

Thank you
