Am I totally alone in thinking it is unfair that the mum's finances are not even requested when looking at CSA payments. I have no issue in paying for my kids, in fact I paid more than the CSA asked for years until my ex's bitter behaviour became too much.
I now pay as requested by the CSA, again which I am not arguing, however my ex earns tens of thousands of pounds more than me and she married a guy last year who earns more than her, surely that should have some impact?
If not then how about the fact that she refuses to undertake any travel for the boys between us, refuses to send any clothes for them meaning I have to buy an entire wardroboe of clothes and shoes and wash all uniform, she also signs the boys up for a footy club which I then have to take them to in my time (or not see them)
Any advise?.
