Can someone please explain the position with regard to how the CSA view additional salary benifits (Car allowance specifically for unmarried couples now seperated) what the position is if a father is forced to upgrade or buy a car out of his savings to visit his child - Is this cost or a percentage of this car he bought (just before the CSA were called in to make an assessment) deducabe from CSA maintainace calculated - ie it is a benifit which he enjoyed and his partner is now receiving a % in their CSA maintainace assessment - payment but he needed to buy a car from all or part of this allowance and if this is taken into consideration.
