@rich1 nightmare, it’s a criminal what they’re doing.
I don’t understand how it is on NRP to prove that they’re not in education (especially as a number of NRP’s have little or no contact- like ourselves) it would be far more productive for CMS to chase and get the truth from the appropriate source.
from looking online I’m not sure what proof they’d actually accept. It’s so frustrating for you, I hope you manage to get what you need for a tribunal- and I hope it’s sorted for you soon.
we’re still waiting, expected completion date is 14th October however I’m expecting the same outcome.
