hi i have been paying csa for my son and daughter for over ten years now my son is at colledge on his second year he is 19 and iam been told of my daughter he has started an apprenticeship for which he is being paid been lied to by ex partner about it and son is lying to for her should i stop paying for him now

if your registered with CMS, then do not abruptly stop payments. they will give you a big headache and chase you for arrears. speak to CMS. although i read so many other cases like this on here, and the dads are saying nothing comes of it and it just goes round in circles.
