Very hard to find the relevant information. Can anyone help. I pay child maintenance for my twins. My boy is 17 and has left school and enrolled in an auto care technician level 2 which will progress to level 3 apprenticeship. He earns £900+ in his full time apprenticeship. His apprenticeship does not require him to go to college and does not have an nvq attached to it. He learns whilst on the job. Should I still be paying csa for him?
Hi,
In general, maintenence stops when child leaves full-time education.
