[Solved] Contact with CSA

Hello

My initial contact with the CSA was last November 2011 when i received their letter.
At the time, i was embroiled in an extremely acrimonious court battle with my now ex-wife, who is a British National.
I accordingly, supplied the CSA with written information against the relevant forms they sent in to me at my insistence.

They did their assessment of my circumstances and accordingly reverted with their findings.

Thereafter, i was informed that i had a right to a copy of the information i sent in to them so, i wrote ( emailed) in to them requesting for the same - eventually, i finally did receive a copy of the information i supplied them with after quite a while and a few reminders, however, they had blacked out/edited the ( i think ) name of the officer/CSA rep that was handling my case - Could you tell me if that is a normal practice please?

Since that date, and against a final court order in April 2012 , the contact i have with my daughters increased quite dramatically.

Recently, I have made 3 emailed requests and 2 verbal requests to the CSA, over the last month and a half to please send me their forms so that i can update my circumstances with them.

My last request was earlier today and i am as yet awaiting their response.

FYI, i am not a national of the UK but have been given leave to remain here directly pursuant to my case with the home office and the family courts concerning my twin daughters with whom i enjoy regular weekly and week end contact.
I am also fortunate enough to have an equal split on holidays, vacations and festivals etc.

Would you please advise me on who i can contact to perhaps have my case dealt with expeditiously?

Thank you for your assistance

Unfortunately, the CSA do move very slowly and need frequent reminders. I would speak to your MP - take in your circumstances in writing and give this to the MP so nothing is left out and ask him/her to make enquiries. An MP's enquiry boost the priority of the case, though it can take some time for your MP to write as they have a heavy workload often also.

I believe that it is normal for the CSA to blank out certain information.
