I have same issue. My ex is happy for the child to stay with their grandparents weekends and school holidays while I am working outside the UK. Total nights per year exceeds 104. However, CMS do not count time spent with grandparents. Upside is that I can speak to child when they are with grandparents. Impossible when they are the mother's house.
