New claim against me

So a new claim was made against me, I phoned csa and sorted everything out, the first payment is due on 1st December which includes any arrears but my ex is harassing me for money for this month,  seems like it never ending email's

 

has anyone else had any issues like this and what did you do,

Hi,

If CMS letter states that your 1st payment is due in december, then I would follow that. Your ex made CMS claim against you, so if she has any issues, she can contact them.

I agree, tell you ex to refer back to CMS - she won't get anywhere as you are complying with the CMS order.

Thank you both for the reply, in sticking to my guns on this matter, but it been a relentless 2 days now of vile emails from her, but like I said thank you, good to find some people who are knowledgeable on this matter

@darkstormuk don't be tempted to look at her emails (you may be able to set up rules on your email to automatically put them into a separate folder), you need to get that element of control back into your life.

Dont worry I only ever read and ignore. but I was quite tempted I have to admit to blocking her earlier
