Im from UK and met a girl from South Africa on ONS . She is not a UK citizen and has moved back to SA permanently. She called me and claimed she pregnant can she claim CMS from me. I barely know this woman and she knows nothing about me
hi, no she will not be able to make a UK CMS claim:
- You need to live in the UK as your main home and have the right to live here.
- You cannot apply if the child and the parent with main day-to-day care live outside the UK.
