The Government is holding a public consultation about introducing new enforcement powers which would give the Child Maintenance Service the ability to place Curfew orders on paying parents that do not pay maintenance.

Whatever my lack of seeing my kids i could never cease payment all the time it was owed, i've seen my ex buy cars and have holidays far more than myself, even though i am the only working parent, but at the end of the day its all for the kids. Taxpayers shouldnt have to fund other peoples kids.
