Hi There,

Your child maintenance is your only liablility to your child that you "have" to pay.

This doesn't stop you offering more for trips, uniform or any thing else that may be needed, but it's down to you to decide what you can afford if anything over the csa payments.

Well I guess things can mount up when you use your imagination (especially when someone else is paying)

I guess that you could easily spend that kind of money on uniform if you went for all school logged tops though.

Did you give her the money for them in the end?

asda...2 shirts £3.50, school trousers £3, school jumper £2...total £8.50 x my 2 boys grand total of & £17...their trainers were £20. I bought them their school jackets.

you will be glad to know i didnt buckle and give in to her demands...needless to say she hasnt contacted me in about 3 weeks now...down side is she makes it difficult for the kids to even talk to me or spend time with their dad, but need to rise above it....kids know i love them and im always there for them.

only posative is, after all of her moaning about money and preventing me from seeing the kids has saved me a fortune this month so now have spare cash to treat the kids this weekend.
