Hi everyone,
My son is about to go to college in a different city from where he is from, and will be moving into student accommodation. He has finished sixth year in school, and will be 18 in January. Anyone know if I still need to pay CSA? His mother says I need to pay while he is in education.

What education is he going in to? I would have thought anything beyond that would be advanced education
I believe it's something to do with computers, he will be getting at least a SCQF level 6, which I believe is about the same as NVQ level 3.
As far as I can tell, CSA will stop taking money when the Child Benefit stops. Does this stop when the child stays away at college?
