Hi all, I have been looking over the Government petitions site and found this petition which I feel passionately about. I’m currently in the situation of my ex withholding physical contact all to increase the monthly CMS payments. Whilst it sounds unjust, she is fully capable to have a better paying job and is presenting hardship to pander to CMS. I don’t know if the person is on here and so this is merely me pushing this out to garner more signatures. I believe it has only just started but it’s a long road to get 10k signatures.

stay strong out there to all of us paying parents suffering at the hands of CMS and bitter RPs.
hi,
I think your petition link was automatically removed by the forum. can you send it to me as private message and I can add it again?
with child contact, are you going through courts at the moment?
