i have had 50% care of my son since seperation from my partner when he was 1 year old. I also have 50% care of her son from a previous relationship as we have bonded and its not his fault we seperated he sees me as his father and i see him as my son. my ex gets tax credits for both children and child benifits for both . why do i have to give her csa on top of that when i have the same costs as she does in caring for them ? is there any help for dads in my position as this is putting me in debt while the ex lives more than comftable.
