Hi guys
I was told today the court has requested a section 37 report against my ex due to various counts of abuse has anybody had experience with this. I have already been down child protection route with local socail services and they put a safe guarding action plan in place witch I deem to have failed but they do not will the courts requesting a section 37 spur them into action or will they just come back with same result as protection hearing?

Nobody can predict an outcome of this but definitely not with such little detail.
If you can, you should take some specific legal advice as it sounds quite complex.
