evening all hope everyone is well and safe .

So me and my partner are expecting our little girl on 1st September,

I suffer with anxiety and depression and panic attacks tbh its all not been that bad for a good 2 months but as I'm laying in bed I cant help but feel this anxiety sort of grabing hold of me , I know it's a big thing as this is my first iv just been thinking I dont know how I will be when she is here like will I be able to leave her to sleep without me overthinking and worrying.

I dont know if what I am thinking and feeling is normal or is it the panic coming in and saying your life is going ro turn upside down

There is no doubt that this is going to be a big change in your life, and it is quite normal that you may feel you don't know what is happening (my eldest is now over 30, and I'm still not sure that I'm ready). Have you spoken to your GP about your anxiety? - you may be able to get additional councelling to help you.

@Fegans - can you give advice here?

Hey I just joined. I am hopping that counseling is helpful to you. It really helped me in my days
