Hi I would be very greatful if someone could give me some help\advice, my son is 12 and i have 50% custody we had an argument and now he doesn't want to come home, his mother which i don't get on with i have just found out is moving him from the school he is in to another near her which is a [censored] school and had a very bad reputation.
Is there anything i can do to stop her.

I would say that the first thing to try is to see if you can speak to your ex and either try to resolve the situation, or see if she would be prepared to go to mediation.
