hi i have 2 kids same mum we split it been nasty the kids have my surname im on birth certs we have 3copys of each i asked for a copy of each but she will not hand them over can i send off for new copys cheers

Hi There,

As far as I know you are able to obtain copy's from you local registry office, not sure what documents you would need though.

I'm reasonable sure you don't actually need any documents - I think you can do it over the phone to the registry office where the birth was registered.
